Get your children ready for Easter egg hunts in the San Fernando Valley

The Easter bunny is hopping into town and children are ready to go running for those colorful eggs. Here’s a sampling of upcoming Spring/Easter egg hunts at San Fernando Valley recreation centers. Most hunts are timed by age group. Make sure your child has a basket to collect the eggs!

 

April 9

 

Van Nuys-Sherman Oaks Recreation Center: Event includes activities and arts and crafts, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Egg hunts by age: ages 1-2 (11 a.m.); 3-5 (11:45 a.m.); 6-7 (12:30 p.m.); 8-10 (1:15 p.m.). Encino Park: Encino Community Center and Balboa Sports Center present the event.
